Mark
began his career in investment and trust management in 1982.
He graduated from Emporia State University in 1979 with a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration and Economics. He received his M.B.A. and Juris Doctor degrees in 1983 from the University of Kansas. He is a member of the Kansas and Riley County Bar Associations.
Prior to founding The Trust Company in 1992, he managed the Trust & Investment Department for First National Bank of Manhattan and was also Vice President of Commerce Bank & Trust of Topeka.
He is the largest stockholder of The Trust Company and a member of the Board of Directors.

Donna began
her career with The Trust Company of Manhattan in 1992.
She graduated from Luckey High School in 1969 and is a native
Manhattanite. She
completed the 1994 School of Trust & Financial Services and the
2003 Advanced Trust School offered by the Schools
of Banking.
She is a stockholder of The Trust Company.

Doug began his career in trust and
investment management services in 1987. He graduated from Kansas
State University in 1974 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration. Doug is a Certified Financial Planner™ and has a
Master’s Degree in Financial Planning.
Prior to joining The Trust Company in
1993, Doug worked in the investment brokerage business with Charles
Schwab & Co. and B.C. Christopher Securities. He is a stockholder of
The Trust Company.

CHERYL HASKETT |
TRUST ADMINISTRATOR |

Cheryl began her
career with The Trust Company in March 2005. She has provided
administrative support for accounting and investment professionals
since 1978. She attended Kearney State College in Kearney, NE
majoring in accounting and received a secretarial degree from
Central Technical Community College in Hastings, NE. In 2005 she
completed the School of Trust and Financial Services.

CHAD CHASE |

Chad joined the Trust Company in 2008. He graduated from Kansas State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance and a Minor in Music. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2007 from the University of Nebraska. He is a member of the Kansas and Riley County Bar Associations.
Prior to attending law school, Chad spent four years in commercial banking with Verus Bank in Derby, KS and with UMB Bank of Kansas City. Before joining the Trust Company, he was an associate attorney with Knopp & Bannister, P.A. of Manhattan, Kansas.

The Trust Company in July of 2000. She received her B.S. from Kansas
State University in 1984 and her M.S. in Educational Administration
from Kansas State University in 1995. She has personal experience in
estate and trust management. She completed the 2000 School of Trust
and Financial Services and the 2002 Advanced Trust School offered by
the Schools of Banking.

Chuck
began
his career in investment management & trust
administration in 1977.
He graduated from Kansas State University in 1974 with a
Bachelors Degree in Political Science and Pre-Law.
He graduated in 1977 from Washburn Law School with his Juris
Doctor Degree. He is a member of the Kansas and Riley County Bar
Associations.
Chuck
joined The Trust Company of Manhattan in 1999.
Previously he managed the Trust & Investment Departments
of Home National Bank in Arkansas City, Kansas for 9 years and
Citizens Bank & Trust in Abilene, Kansas for 10 years.
Chuck
is Chief Investment Officer and Chairman of the Investment
Committee.
He is a stockholder of The Trust Company and assists with the
management of the company.

Nellie joined The Trust Company in October 2004. She completed high school in Ireland and worked as an executive assistant in various Middle Eastern countries before relocating to Manhattan, in 1988. Nellie has her Kansas insurance license and Series 6 and 63 securities licenses. She has worked in the employee benefits and retirement planning areas since 1996.

Lucy
began her career in trust and investment management services in
1992. She graduated
from the Pennsylvania State University in 1976 with a Bachelor’s
Degree in Advertising. Lucy
received her Certified Financial Planner™ designation in 1987.
Prior
to joining The Trust Company in 2004, Lucy worked for Commerce Bank
in Manhattan, Kansas for 24 years.
During the last 8 years she managed the Manhattan office of
the Commerce Trust Company.

Dick

His experience in trust investments and person banking
services began in 1974. He
graduated from The Southwestern School of Banking at Southern
Methodist University in 1980.

to joining The Trust Company, Dick was a Vice President & Trust
Portfolio Manager with both the Hays and Manhattan offices of
Commerce Trust Company

Eli joined The Trust Company in November 2006. He received his Associates of Arts from Cloud County Community College in 2002 and his B.S. in Business Management and Ethics from Manhattan Christian College in 2006. Eli has his Kansas property and casualty insurance license, Kansas life and health insurance license, and Series 6 and 63 securities licenses.Prior to joining The Trust Company, Eli was an office manager at Farm Bureau Financial Services for 3 years and a Career Agent for 1½ years.

Financial Services and the 2003 Advanced Trust School offered by the
Schools of Banking.
